​I am here to guide you in embodied living and deeper relating to self, other, and the world around you. I am passionate for you living your life flourishingly, rooted in your unique being, body and beauty.

Through somatic therapy and relational mentoring, I support you in the connection to your body, uncovering what truly inspires you, and grounding in emotional wellbeing. I guide you in the art of relating to self, other and in this world so you can embody the truest you. 


Somatic therapy and relational mentorship is for those ready to relate deeper to themselves, the challenges they face, embracing the innate wisdom of their body, and deeply relate to all Life brings. This work is oriented towards facing any obstacle we may be presented with in this life, bringing compassion, sensitivity, transformation, cultivating conscious presence and love to all aspects of ourselves and those we relate with by applying embodiment practices, finding depth in meaning, and artfully expressing ourselves truthfully so that we can flourish and radiate our deepest embodiment in this life.

My approach.

I work with the influence and latest developments in mindful somatic psychotherapy, modern coaching, quantum physics, epigenetics, and new human sciences combined with ancient traditions of healing, health and wisdom rooted in yogic science, ayurveda, classical tantra and Buddhism.
 
I am trained as a somatic therapist and somatic relational coach, in a trauma-sensitive way. I hold an MSc in Social Sciences and Anthropology and am trained in the Somatica method by the Somatica Instute for sex and relationship, registered with ASIS as a somatic sexologist.  

I work with tools that involve
 integrative and feminine embodiment practice, breath and energy awareness, somatics, emotional release techniques, talk modalities anc more.

My approach is based on the belief that as humans we are whole and complete, that we thrive when we feel meaning in our lives, when we relate to self and other wholesomely and are connected to beauty in the greater sense. By embracing and facing all we may be presented with in Life, we return back to who we truly are and grow on our path in life.
