Body Imagined

In this masterclass, I take you on a journey of what it means to relate to our body and our body image. Together, we will dive into a process of overcoming 'the shoulds' around our body of how we think we should look, be, or behave like with our body. We will dive into the shadows we may feel around our body and our appearance and we dive into the societal notions that we may have been exposed to and have internalized. I will provide you with some practices to go beyond the surface level appearance and deepen the relationship to our body. You'll leave with a renewed way of relating to the way you look. This event is inclusive to all beings, all looks, genders, abled, or disabled. <3
