In September, 2022, Tessa's first book was published at Kosmos Uitgevers (Utrecht/Antwerp). In her book, she reveals her story of living with a visible difference and offers tools to look at our own body and that of others with compassionate eyes. She writes about her experiences of medical setbacks and shows how we can find unconditional trust in what our body does. This book is an ode to the love for our body, an inner quest for dealing with visibility, sight and insight, and self-acceptance. A true reminder of the unique wisdom that the body contains. An inspiring story about an insighful woman's life, diversity and self-acceptance.
