Private mentorship in living, loving, longing and loss

one to one embodied psychotherapy & relational mentorship with Tessa

One-on-one mentorship with Tessa is an intimate, attuned private container where your experience of living, loving, longing, and loss is met with depth and presence. Together, we turn toward the patterns, desires, and tender places that shape how you live, love, long for and relate to — so you can move into a more honest, embodied way of being in relationship with yourself, others, and all of Life.

Restoring relationship where there has been separation.

As a human, I am slow-paced and devoted to the subtle, the sensory, and the inner currents of being alive. A lover of beauty, a wandering heart, and I am deeply inspired by the wisdom of the body and the relationships that shape us. My own lived experience in living, longing, loving and loss has informed my educational choices.

As a mentor and therapist, I am described as lovingly welcoming, intimately attuned, gracefully provocative, bringing grounded compassion and honest reflection to guiding clients. I listen for the unspoken, for subtle patterns beneath the surface,  bringing awareness to how you relate — to yourself, to others, and to life. I am not afraid of the tender, the complex, or the often unspoken. I aspire it with care, depth, and respect. I believe that when we choose to meet life fully, and choose to face our pain, having been broken open by Life, been on our knees, we can relate more from the inside out, and relate more deeply, wholesomely, beautifully to ourselves, others and life itself.

Mentorship unfolds through five interconnected spheres of embodiment, relating, meaning, beauty and love. Although each sphere can be explored individually, each is never truly separate from the other.
The way we relate to our body shapes the way we relate to love. The way we experience beauty influences the meaning we make of our lives. Grief opens us to devotion, and devotion invites us back into embodiment. Together, these five spheres form a living ecology—a return to relationship wherever separation has taken hold. My background in Anthropology taught me an ecology isn't hierarchical; it is deeply relational.

Spheres of Relating

A way of inhabiting your life.

Embodiment — relating to your body.

Relating — relating to yourself, others, and life.

Beauty — relating to the world through reverence and the senses.

Meaning — relating to your inner compass and your life story.

Love — relating to intimacy, grief, longing, and devotion.

WHAT OTHER WOMEN SAY

“Tessa is a warm person who listens really well. She had a loving way of questioning me directly with the harder questions and I think she dares to ask through the uncomfortable really well. I got so many insights in the coaching trajectory that I did with her”

—  Noortje, 4-month mentorship, Netherlands

Restoring relationship—with the body, with love, with beauty, with meaning, and with Life itself.

In mentorship, we redefine...

  • the relationship to self, other, partner and environment

  • the relationship to the wisdom of your body

  • the relationship to feelings and somatics

  • the relationship to habit and ritual

  • the relationship to mind, thoughts, emotions and patterns

  • the relationship to purpose, gifts and success.

  • the relationship to your worth, belonging and uniqueness

  • the relationship to pain, symptoms and dis-ease.

  • the relationship to obstacles, challenges, defeat, heartbreak, loss, grief and despair

I support and guide with...

  • transforming the way you relate—to self, to love, to loss, and to life—so you can live from embodied self-trust rather than inherited patterns.

  • the embodied practice of transforming pain into deeper intimacy with yourself, with others, and with life.

  • feeling in trust through the body, through relationship, and through the courage to love without abandon.

  • discerning what serves you in your life, in relationships, with sensitivity, overwhelm, and nervous system wisdom

  • becoming someone who no longer abandon themselves in the pursuit of love.

"I welcome the hearts that ache for realness. Those who have loved with abandon.

I sit beside those who fumble forward with open hearts, still longing to be met ever deeper by the Beloved, by life.

Those who feel with their whole bodies and speak with their silences.

I walk with the ones who have been profoundly hurt through love, yet dare to love again, again, again.

I guide the fierce lovers—the ones who break their own hearts for the sake of Truth.

Those who meet their limitations, for liberation. Who know, deep within the marrow of their bones, that their body is boundaried, yet their soul sours boundlessly.

Those who dare breathe through the ache and let their longing lead their way, living more alive. Those who carry poetry in their blood and carry ancient wisdom in their wounds. Those who are willing to transform pain into Beauty.

This is a homecoming, and a homage to the heart and the Art of Relating.
A gentle gathering of the scattered parts.
A path back to wholeness, not perfection.

A space for presence, over performance.
Welcoming intimacy that originates within—
rippling outward as truth, as meaning, relational, as beauty, as Love embodied."
