Seeing and Being Seen

In this masterclass, I share my transmission of what it means to be seen and to see with devotion. I will dive with you into the deeper layers of our visibility, being within our body as we are seen by ourselves and the outside world and cultivating an intimate relationship to our eyes. We are all visibile regardless of our look or our appearance and we all see through eyes that are shaped with experience, beliefs, and perception. Cultivating a deeper relationship to how we see ourselves influences how we see the world and ourselves within it. Becoming present with looking at the depths of ourself helps us attune to a more wholesome feeling inside.
